When you upload your résumé, we receive only the PDF you send — nothing else. We do not ask for your address, phone number, or any other personal details.

Your résumé is processed by our HELLO engine for one purpose: to generate your Personal AI Adaptation Guide. The analysis runs in a secure, isolated environment.

No human reads your full document unless you explicitly request a follow-up conversation.

We delete your résumé and all derived data within 48 hours of delivering your guide. The only thing we retain (if you choose) is your email address so we can send the report and optional 6-month re-scan reminders.

You can delete that at any time.

All processing happens on encrypted infrastructure. Access is strictly limited. We maintain SOC-2 aligned practices even though we are still early-stage.

If we ever update this policy, we will post the new version here and notify existing users.
